Q: Can I use your mailing services without any other product order?

A: No, our mailing services are reserved for clients that purchase postcards.

 

Q: Can I use one of your mailing services without using the other two? (e.g. using labeling/addressing without postage or delivery).

A: No, once you select to use our mailing services it is a three-in-one process.

 

Q: What is the typical price on postage?

A: Postage varies by job.  What happens is that we give the company a rough estimate that they pay, and then once the receipt is obtained from USPS, we either receive the difference or reimburse the company.  This is all defined in our mailing services agreement.

 

Q: I have a client address list that I would like to use as my mailing list but I do not have it compiled in a data format on the computer, can you help me?

A: We currently do not compile name by name lists   — we do accept a variety of data base files and if your company uses a program to keep client data chances are the program has the ability to compile the name and address list.  So don’t let that turn you away, we can see what we can do for your specific project.

 

Q: How is bulk-mail time and cost efficient?  What exactly is bulk-mailing?

Q: How secure is my mailing list that I submit?

A: Mailing lists that we obtain are never stored on network or open source computers.  Our security system is setup to allow only administrators access to mailing list material. Once the list to label process has begun, the file is transferred to a computer linked directly to the label machine — we understand how important and sensitive your mailing list is to your business.  We have a small one page contract needed prior to the mailing list being sent, and once your company submits a list via secure email we ask that the company immediately remove the email from their mail box and/or sent box to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Also, once the list is used (unless specified otherwise) we remove the contents from the computer.

 

 

Q: Once the postcards are printed, what is the turn around on addressing and shipment?

A: Our labeling machines print at 20,000 addresses per hour, to give a rough estimate of what is to be expected. After the labeling is complete, we sort and deliver to the nearest bulk-mail center.  Once this is completed, the client is sent a receipt verification of mail out.  After this occurs, the USPS handles the postcards and delivers the product.
